Ring die feed pellet machine,after a investigation on foreign feed pellet machines at present and taking it into account that applicable objects have different demands on the pellet machine, especially considering the  characteristics of pressed particle: high  hardness and big density,we design and manufacture this ring die pellet machine.

The model has a simple structure, which can be widely applied to the middle or small-scale aquaculture, food processing plants, livestock farms, poultry farms etc.

 

 

 Characteristics:

 1. The temperature of the feed processed through the machine is moderate, can well maintain the various trace elements of raw materials, good palatability, big animal intake which is conducive to digestion and absorption of various nutrients.

 

2. Uniform particles, neat appearance and smooth surface. This machine can produce the pellet of 1.5-6mm in diameter (need to replace the mold); the length can be adjusted between 5-20mm, and the particle density is big , easy storage and transportation, can meet the  needs of all species breeding objects in different growth periods .
